The view from our window was nice, the location met our need.
The rooms need to be updated. The continental breakfast should offer more variety. A hair was found in onw of the muffins we were eating.

Breakfast could be better. Was not impressed with breakfast and food. Rooms are smaller than picture shows on line.

The convience of walking distance to everything in town.
The pool needed some maintance.

I would definetly stay at this hotel again. It served its purpose and was clean. I loved how we could walk to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Great location for access to Natl Park and sites.
Staff did not seem overly concerned about cleanliness.

Bottom line is that is a tired hotel that could be cleaner. Also, don't expect an overly dedicated staff which don't overly care about the presentation/condition of the facility. You're in hillbilly country and its par for the course. ...read more
